Cobalt Public School Staff Mrs. Hetherington. Mrs. Macpherson. Dorothy Reid. Signe Kangas. Inez Smith. Charlene Leng. Lois Jewel. In the school yard June 1957. Dorothy Black Nicholls recalls that Mrs. Hermiston taught her and her pal Vivian Hylands in Grade 3 at that school. She would give a piece of a chocolate bar to the kids who got their spelling all correct on the Friday test. It worked!
